Run Your Trail Like the Pros
Give your anglers the big-league experience without the big-league headache. WeighBook runs your registration, weigh-ins, live leaderboards, and payouts from one app, on or off the water. Set up your season in minutes and look like a pro at every event.
What does it take to run a tournament on WeighBook?
Create a free director account, set up your tournament (species, format, entry fee, payouts), and share your registration link. On event day you weigh anglers in from your phone or tablet, even with no signal. Standings, payouts, and season points are handled automatically.
How much does WeighBook cost for a director?
WeighBook costs $2 per angler per tournament. There are no monthly fees, no subscriptions, and no contracts. New director accounts receive free credits, so your first tournaments are effectively on us.
Do I need internet at the boat ramp?
No. WeighBook is built offline-first. Every weigh-in, penalty, and big-fish entry is stored locally and syncs automatically when connectivity returns, so bad signal at the ramp never stops your event.
Can WeighBook handle my team and side-pot formats?
Yes. WeighBook supports captain/co-angler teams, solo entries, groups, flights, big bass pools, and side pots, with separate standings and automatic payout math for each.
What species and formats are supported?
Any species and any format. Bass, walleye, catfish, crappie, redfish, trout, and more, with fully configurable rules, scoring, and multi-day or multi-session events.
How do anglers see results?
Every event has a live leaderboard you can share as a link or project on-site, plus published season standings anglers can check anytime. No download required, though the free WeighBook app makes it even easier.
