The following terms and conditions govern all use of the WeighBook.com website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website. The website is owned and operated by BassLogix LLC and is offered subject to your acceptance — without modification — of all terms and conditions herein, including the Privacy Policy. The website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

1 Minimum System Requirements

Minimum requirements to use WeighBook include:

• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) with JavaScript enabled
• A dual-core processor at 2GHz or faster
• At least 4GB of RAM
• 10GB of available disk space
• A current version of Windows, macOS, or Linux
• A reliable internet connection — WeighBook runs offline, but will sync results to the cloud when reconnected
• A screen resolution of 1024×768 or higher (1920×1080 recommended)

2 Your WeighBook Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under it. You must immediately notify BassLogix LLC of any unauthorized use or security breach. BassLogix LLC will not be liable for any damages resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3 Responsibility of Contributors

If you manage a series or tournament, post links, or otherwise make material available through the website, you are entirely responsible for that content and any harm resulting from it.

BassLogix LLC reserves the right to refuse or remove content that violates its policies or is harmful, and to terminate access for any individual or entity at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

4 Fees and Payment

All online tournament registration payments are subject to current Stripe fees. WeighBook charges $2 per angler on all tournament registrations. New accounts may receive credits; you will not be charged until those credits are exhausted. Fees are collected by charging the card provided during sign-up on the last day of each month. If payment fails, your account will be locked until the outstanding invoice is paid.

5 Content Posted on Other Websites

BassLogix LLC has not reviewed all material available through websites that WeighBook links to or that link to WeighBook, and is not responsible for their contents. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for protecting your systems from harmful content on non-WeighBook websites.

6 Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

BassLogix LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on WeighBook infringes your copyright, please notify us. WeighBook will respond to valid notices by removing infringing material or disabling links to it. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.

By uploading images, you warrant that you own or have rights to all content uploaded, and you grant BassLogix LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those images in connection with the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property from WeighBook to you. All right, title, and interest in WeighBook's intellectual property remains solely with BassLogix LLC.

8 Changes

BassLogix LLC may modify or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9 Termination

BassLogix LLC may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — will do so.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is." BassLogix LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BassLogix LLC makes no warranty that the website will be error-free or continuously available.

11 Limitation of Liability

In no event will BassLogix LLC be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages; cost of substitute products or services; interruption of use or data loss; or any amounts exceeding the fees paid by you to WeighBook in the twelve months prior to the cause of action.

12 General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that your use of WeighBook will comply with the Privacy Policy, this Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeighBook from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the website or your violation of this Agreement.

14 Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BassLogix LLC and you regarding the website. It is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A. Any disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Weatherford, Texas under JAMS rules. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
