How much does WeighBook cost?
$2 per angler, per tournament. No monthly fees, no subscriptions. New accounts receive free credits to get started — you're only charged when anglers register for your events.
Does WeighBook work offline at the boat ramp?
Yes. WeighBook's weigh-in system works fully offline using local device storage. Fish weights, penalties, and results are captured without cell service and sync automatically when connectivity returns.
Can anglers register and pay online?
Anglers can find your tournament, register their team, and pay entry fees online through WeighBook. Directors can also handle on-site entries with Kiosk Mode.
What types of tournaments does WeighBook support?
Traditional weigh-in, big bass, multiple daily limits, team and individual formats, multi-day events, and season-long trails with points tracking. Any freshwater or saltwater species.
Can I run a multi-day tournament?
Yes. WeighBook supports multi-day tournaments with day-by-day weigh-ins, cumulative standings, and per-day leaderboards. Directors can manage flights and groups across days.
How do payouts work?
Directors configure payout structures — percentage-based, fixed amounts, or pot-based payouts. WeighBook calculates distributions automatically based on standings and handles optional side pots and big fish pots.
Is there a mobile app?
WeighBook is available on the App Store for iOS. The Android version is currently in beta on Google Play. The web app works on any device and is optimized for mobile use at the ramp.
